Role & responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops for clients.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, BOMs, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in customer discussions to assess requirements, recommend solutions, and design suitable architectures.

Solution Design & Architecture

- Design and architect enterprise IT solutions covering infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, and integration services.
- Work with vendors and technology partners to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare solution sizing, technical specifications, cost estimations, and pricing recommendations.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements, scalability, and best practices.

Technical Expertise

- Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization technologies.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, automation, and modern security solutions.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations for proposed solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

- Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirement-gathering workshops with clients.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales lifecycle.




- Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Project Handover

- Work closely with engineering, implementation, and project teams to ensure smooth solution transition and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and clarification during implementation phases.
- Support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Proof of Concept (PoC) & Demonstrations

- Develop and deliver PoCs to validate proposed solutions and technologies.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations to showcase product features, benefits, and business value.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

- Prepare and maintain solution designs, architecture diagrams, implementation scope, and technical documentation.
- Provide internal knowledge sharing and training sessions for sales and technical teams.
- Educate customers on best practices and potential improvements to their IT workplace.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and solution documentation.
- Experience working in System Integrator (SI) or enterprise environments.
- Understanding of project lifecycle, implementation processes, and solution delivery models.
