Our Pre-Primary programme focuses on age-appropriate learning, creativity, communication, social-emotional development, and building strong foundational skills.

Reporting to Principal:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide overall academic, administrative, and operational leadership to the Pre-Primary School.
- Develop and implement a high-quality, child-centric early-years education programme.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE/Cambridge curriculum frameworks and school policies, as applicable.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, assessments, student progress, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to teachers.
- Ensure a safe, secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities promoting cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and effectively address their queries and concerns.
- Monitor admissions, student retention,



parent engagement, and overall school experience.
- Plan and oversee school events, celebrations, activities, and parent engagement programmes.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, applicable regulatory requirements, child-safety protocols, and statutory guidelines.
- Identify professional development needs and organize training programmes for teachers.
- Monitor school infrastructure, hygiene, safety, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team for strategic planning and school development.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, communication, and institutional culture.
- Undertake any other responsibility assigned by the School Management.

Qualification:

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed./relevant Early Childhood Education qualification ( Montessori/NTT/ECCE or equivalent)from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years in Leadership role -Pre Primary Headmistress ,Pre Primary Head or Pre Primary coordinator in a reputed english medium school.
- Extensive experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary education.
