Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Poster and Flyer Designer based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The designer will create visually compelling posters, flyers, and related marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, preparing print-ready files, and iterating designs based on feedback from marketing and product teams. The role involves collaborating closely with digital marketers and content creators to translate campaign briefs into clear,



engaging visual communication for both online and offline use. The designer will also help maintain a consistent visual identity across materials and contribute ideas to improve overall design quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills for print media, including poster and flyer layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software.
- Experience creating marketing collateral for campaigns, events, promotions, and brand communication.
- Ability to interpret briefs, conduct basic visual research, and present design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail in preparing print-ready files, including sizing, bleed, and export settings.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback constructively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing poster, flyer, and other marketing design work (required).
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats, and familiarity with brand guidelines, is a plus.
