Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations, understanding their talent needs, and coordinating placement opportunities for learners.

Day-to-day tasks include engaging with learners to prepare them for interviews, organizing placement drives, managing communication between learners and employers, and maintaining accurate records of placement activities and outcomes.

Coordinator will also collaborate with internal training and academic teams to align learning outcomes with market requirements, provide regular placement updates and reports, and support continuous improvement of placement processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with learners, employers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including spoken and written communication.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to learner and employer queries promptly and effectively.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education or training environments, preferably in technology or professional upskilling programs.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting or talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Relevant skills such as organizational and time management abilities, data tracking and reporting, and proficiency with standard office and communication tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with experience in placements, career services, HR, or related fields, is preferred.
