About Kinesis

Kinesis is a sports physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength-and-conditioning centre in Gahunje, Pune, led by Dr. Mugdha Kulkarni (MPT – MSK & Sports, ASCA S&C;, COMT, CDNP). We treat sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, joint and spine pain, and performance cases.

About the placement

This is a supervised observership and assisting placement, designed for BPT interns and final-year students. You will observe assessments and treatment sessions, assist the physiotherapy team during patient sessions, and build the clinical habits — documentation, patient handling, exercise coaching — that make the transition to practice easier. You will be supervised at all times and will not handle patients independently at any stage.

What you'll do

- Observe patient assessments and treatment planning
- Assist during sessions — patient setup, modality preparation, exercise demonstration support
- Help maintain session notes and outcome records
- Support equipment readiness and clinic upkeep
- Attend weekly clinical case reviews with the team
- Support on-ground and sports event coverage where opportunities arise

Who we're looking for

- BPT intern or final-year physiotherapy student




- Sound grasp of anatomy and basic exercise and electrotherapy principles
- Coachable, punctual and careful with documentation
- Comfortable interacting with patients respectfully and professionally
- An interest in sports and movement is a plus, not a requirement
- Able to commute reliably to Gahunje
