About Dune Productions

Dune Productions is a Bangalore-based media production and creative company working with brands, businesses, startups, creators, and enterprises to create high-quality visual content and campaigns.

We're looking for a Videographer + Video Editor +Photographer to join our full-time production team.

This is not just an editing role. We're looking for someone who can shoot, edit, think creatively, and take ownership of production work from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Production & Videography

- Handle professional camera equipment for commercial and social media shoots.
- Shoot brand films, advertisements, reels, corporate content, interviews, events and creative campaigns.
- Understand framing, composition, camera movement, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Set up and operate basic lighting and audio equipment.
- Work on-location at client offices, studios, events and outdoor locations.
- Assist with planning shots, shot lists and production requirements.
- Travel for shoots when required.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, brand films and corporate videos.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media.
- Perform basic color correction and color grading.
- Handle sound design, music selection, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics where required.




- Organize and manage project footage efficiently.
- Deliver final videos according to client and production requirements.

Creative Responsibilities

- Bring new ideas and visual references to projects.
- Understand current social media and video trends.
- Help develop creative concepts for shoots.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams.
- Continuously improve the visual quality and production standards of Dune.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in videography, filmmaking, content production or video editing.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing skills.
- Good understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on shoots.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel for productions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Sony FX-series cameras
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects
- Motion graphics

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio and skill level.

Exceptional candidates with strong commercial production experience may be considered for a higher package.
