- Photo documentation and field video shoots for programmatic activities and organizational events, as

assigned by the Manager, Communications & Multimedia.
- Ensure assigned programs and events are fully and reliably covered against an agreed shoot calendar.

- Capture edit-ready material: clean framing, usable audio, adequate b-roll, and interview coverage.

- Cull, label, back up, and hand over raw assets to the studio within the agreed turnaround after each shoot.

- Coordinate schedules and briefs with the communications team ahead of each shoot.
