Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver online sessions focused on phonics, pronunciation, voice modulation, and public speaking skills tailored to different age groups. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, creating interactive learning materials, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine teaching methods, maintaining detailed records of sessions and outcomes,



and ensuring an engaging, inclusive, and supportive virtual classroom environment. Flexibility in scheduling and a learner-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics, English language fundamentals, and pronunciation suitable for both children and adult learners.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking, presentation skills, and confidence-building techniques for diverse age groups.
- Ability to plan structured lessons, design age-appropriate learning materials, and adapt teaching styles to different learner needs.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and remote classroom management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and engaging teaching presence.
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or coach in language, communication, or soft skills is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable home working environment, and the ability to manage a versatile, remote schedule.
