– Part-Time PD Teacher
Position: Part-Time PD (Personality Development) Teacher
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Location: In Person – School
Job Purpose To develop students' communication skills, confidence, personality, social skills, and overall personal development through engaging and age-appropriate activities. The PD Teacher will help students develop positive attitudes, self-expression, leadership qualities, and essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personality Development
- Conduct engaging Personality Development sessions for school students.
- Develop students' confidence, self-awareness, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently and respectfully.
- Develop leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
2. Communication Skills
- Improve students' spoken English and communication abilities.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, storytelling, debates, and public speaking.
- Help students improve vocabulary, pronunciation, body language, and presentation skills.
3. Life Skills & Social Skills
- Teach age-appropriate life skills, social etiquette, manners, and appropriate behaviour.
- Encourage empathy, respect, cooperation, responsibility, and positive relationships.
- Help students develop emotional awareness and appropriate social behaviour.
4. Classroom Activities
- Plan and conduct interactive and activity-based sessions.
- Prepare worksheets, activities, presentations, and other teaching resources.
- Adapt activities according to the age and learning needs of students.
5. Student Development
- Observe students' participation and progress during sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Identify areas where students may require additional support and communicate concerns to the concerned teacher/coordinator.
6. School Activities
- Support assemblies, competitions, workshops, presentations, and other school events related to personality development and communication.
- Participate in relevant school programmes and activities as required.
7. Professional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with class teachers and the school coordinator.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding students.
- Follow all school policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and the school's code of conduct.
- Attend meetings or training sessions as required.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, or Life Skills will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in a school environment will be preferred.
Experience Prior experience in teaching, personality development, soft skills training, communication training, or working with school students will be preferred.
