Personal Assistant

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a family of four with day-to-day household administration, travel, scheduling and logistics.

The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and handling tasks independently with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage household administration, including vendor payments, bills, AMC renewals, and society coordination
- Plan and coordinate family travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and related logistics
- Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and day-to-day coordination
- Handle household purchases, groceries, gifting, and other errands
- Coordinate repairs, deliveries, maintenance, and service providers
- Maintain household budgets and expense records and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate requirements related to elderly family members




- Assist with occasional events and gatherings at home

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in hospitality/production-related roles
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage (for local vendor/staff coordination)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with travel bookings, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and UPI payments
- Calm, dependable, discreet, and solution-oriented
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through independently
- Minimum 2 skilled references required
