Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (Live-in Role)

We are hiring for the position of Personal Assistant at Swarg Gold Touch Ltd.

Job Location: Kuber Darbar

Shelawali, Shahapur, Thane

(Relocation required Live-in role)

Approximately 75 km from Mumbai

Salary: 30,000 60,000 per month

Experience: 25 years minimum

Facilities: Food and accommodation will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Directors schedule, appointments, meetings, and daily activities.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, visits, and appointments with clients, employees, business associates, and other important contacts.
- Handle phone calls, messages, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, records, and confidential information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, notes, and other documents as required.
- Follow up on tasks, instructions, meetings, and commitments assigned by the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with different departments and employees to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical requirements when required.
- Maintain a daily schedule and provide timely reminders regarding key meetings, appointments, and responsibilities.




- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist the Managing Director with personal and professional errands and requirements as required.
- Support the overall administration, coordination, and management of Kuber Darbar and Swarg Gold Touch Ltd.
- Be flexible and available to manage urgent or time-sensitive responsibilities when required.

Special Opportunity: You will also be trained as part of a unique Kuber Golden Temple Making & Management Training Program, offering valuable experience in temple operations, administration, and management.
