Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns targeting the Australian market, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads, consultations, opportunities and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Generate qualified leads for migration, employer sponsorship and skilled recruitment services.

Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.

Optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversion rate and CAC.

Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and remarketing.

Create and manage remarketing campaigns for website visitors, service-page visitors, form starters and existing leads.

Work with landing pages to improve lead and consultation conversion rates.

Track the complete funnel: Lead Qualified Lead Consultation Opportunity Paid Closure.

Analyze campaign performance daily and take corrective action quickly.

Allocate budgets toward high-performing campaigns, audiences and services.

Support B2B intent-signal-based employer acquisition campaigns.

Prepare weekly reports covering spend, CPL, qualified leads, consultations, opportunities, CAC and revenue.

Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
