About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving leads, sales, and ROI for clients.

The candidate should also have good knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and basic Shopify, with experience working in a digital marketing agency being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
- Manage campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client goals, target audience, industry, and budget.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, keyword research, and campaign analysis.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, events, conversions, and custom audiences.
- Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, conversions, traffic, and campaign performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking and campaign-related issues.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and content.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns achieve the desired ROI/ROAS.




- Stay updated with the latest changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, tracking, and digital advertising trends.

Shopify Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Shopify is required.
- Understanding of Shopify product setup, collections, landing/product pages, and basic store structure.
- Basic understanding of Shopify conversion tracking and integration with Meta/Google advertising platforms.
- Ability to identify basic tracking or product-feed issues on Shopify stores.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing/performance marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of GA4 and Meta Pixel.
- Experience with conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
