Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale our digital advertising across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a robust focus on profitable growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.
- Monitor ROAS, POAS, ROI, CAC, AOV, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR and Conversion Rate.
- Manage the complete performance funnel, including acquisition, conversion and retargeting.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, offers and landing pages.
- Analyze performance through GA4 and Shopify and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API and GA4.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ads, videos and UGC.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.




- Prepare performance reports and forecast budgets, revenue and acquisition targets.
- Track competitors and market trends to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing/Paid Media experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, POAS, ROI and attribution.
- Experience scaling E-commerce/D2C campaigns profitably.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Preferred Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Jewellery, Beauty or Lifestyle brands, with experience in high-volume online transactions and performance-focused creative strategy.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
