Job Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels including paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. The manager will leverage analytics to monitor performance, maximize ROI, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
- Own the complete paid acquisition funnel campaign planning, targeting, lead generation, conversion and optimization.
- Plan and manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the content, creative, sales and business teams to improve campaign performance.
- Build audience segmentation and remarketing strategies to improve conversions.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track leads through CRM/analytics tools and identify gaps between marketing-generated leads and actual conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, tracking technologies and digital marketing trends.
- Identify and test new digital channels and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience





* 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and reporting dashboards is preferred.
- Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
- 4–7 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Expertise in paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, display & affiliate marketing.
- Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Advanced Excel/reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
