CTET CDP Pedagogy Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced CTET Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP) Teacher to prepare students for CTET, STET, DSSSB, KVS, NVS, Bihar Teacher Recruitment Exams, and other Teaching Eligibility Tests. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex pedagogical concepts for aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

- Teach Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP) for CTET and other teaching examinations.
- Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the latest exam syllabus and pattern.
- Conduct live and recorded classes in both online and offline modes.
- Explain educational psychology, learning theories, pedagogy, assessment, and teaching methodologies in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Create high-quality study materials, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular mock tests, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance for improvement.

Content Development

- Prepare updated content based on recent exam trends.
- Develop MCQs, practice sets, previous-year question analyses, and revision materials.
- Contribute to YouTube, social media, and digital learning content related to CDP.

Student Support

- Mentor and motivate students throughout their preparation journey.
- Address student queries promptly and effectively.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and academic progress.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant discipline preferred.
- CTET/STET qualified candidates will be given preference.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in CTET, STET,



or Teacher Recruitment Exam preparation.

Required Skills

- Strong command over Child Development & Pedagogy concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi (English proficiency preferred).
- Ability to teach both beginner and advanced learners.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.
- Analytical approach to exam trends and question patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching CTET, BTET, STET, KVS, DSSSB, or similar exams.
- YouTube teaching experience or educational content creation experience.
- Ability to conduct motivational and strategy sessions for students.

- Content quality and timely syllabus completion.
- Contribution to digital content and academic resources.
