Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new partners across relevant markets and capability areas.

- Reach out to prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.

- Conduct introductory partner conversations and understand their business, capabilities, and market reach.

- Build and manage relationships with assigned existing partners.

- Generate qualified business opportunities from the partner network.

- Keep partners engaged through regular conversations, updates, webinars, and enablement initiatives.

- Coordinate opportunities with internal sales, presales, technology, and delivery teams.

- Track partner activity, opportunities, follow-ups, and progress in CRM/internal trackers.

- Research new markets, partner categories, industries, and potential collaboration opportunities.

- Take ownership of partner conversations from initial outreach through activation and opportunity generation.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience; strong fresh graduates are welcome.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interest in sales, marketing, partnerships, and international business.

- Comfortable initiating conversations with current people.

- Confident in email communication, LinkedIn outreach, virtual meetings, and presentations.

- Commercially curious and interested in understanding how businesses work.

- Self-driven and comfortable owning targets independently.

- Good research, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Interest in technology, AI, digital transformation, and global markets.
