The Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing and serving tea, beverages, light snacks, and pantry food items while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, and timely service.

ey Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as required for residents, staff, and guests.
- Prepare light snacks, breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and other pantry-related food items as assigned.
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to standard recipes and required quality.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Keep the pantry, kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas clean and hygienic.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of food items.
- Check the availability and freshness of pantry ingredients and inform the supervisor about shortages or damaged items.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.




- Maintain cleanliness of tea/coffee-making equipment and pantry appliances.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and assist with food preparation when required.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of tea, beverages, and snacks according to the daily schedule.
- Handle kitchen utensils and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow instructions from the F&B; Supervisor/HOD and complete assigned duties efficiently.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene in the pantry area throughout the shift.
- Assist in stock checking and proper arrangement of pantry supplies.
- Report any equipment malfunction, food quality issue, or safety concern immediately to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
