We are looking for a Packaging Development Executive to support packaging innovation and development for recent and existing products. The candidate will work closely with Marketing, R&D;, vendors, and production teams to ensure cost-effective, quality-driven packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve packaging for new and existing products.
- Coordinate with vendors for packaging material procurement and quality checks.
- Assist in packaging material selection and cost optimization.
- Prepare packaging specifications (PM specs) and maintain SOPs.
- Ensure packaging quality, compliance, and defect-free execution.
- Research new packaging technologies, materials,
and market trends.
- Support packaging innovation and benchmarking activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Packaging Development / relevant field (IIP preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG/Beauty industry.
- Knowledge of packaging materials such as molding, glass, and flexible packaging.
- Understanding of packaging processes, quality standards, and vendor coordination.
- Open to frequent outstation travel as per business requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
