Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is hiring an experienced and responsible Outlet In-Charge for our Balaramapuram, Trivandrum outlet.

Location: Balaramapuram, Trivandrum

Experience: Minimum 1 years in Retail / F&B; / Bakery / Supermarket / Hypermarket

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily outlet operations and team.
- Handle customers and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales.
- Manage stock, product availability, and displays.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
