Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant – OTBI & BI Publisher

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Location: Pan India

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Saa S reporting tools, particularly OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in report development, notification frameworks, data extraction, and Oracle HCM reorganization projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical reports, dashboards, alerts, and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).

Build ad-hoc queries, cross-functional dashboards, and visual metrics using Oracle Fusion pre-built subject areas.

Design, configure, and manage automated email notifications and scheduled/event-driven communications (e.g., job changes, birthdays, approvals) using Oracle Composer.

Extract, parse, and format complex data structures, including formatted fields, into user-friendly report templates.

Troubleshoot report execution issues, optimize SQL queries,



and ensure report performance and data accuracy.

Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure reports remain compliant and operational following Oracle quarterly releases and system updates.

Support report lifecycle management, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.

Participate in Oracle HCM reorganization initiatives and related reporting requirements.
