About the Role

Vision Tree is looking for a responsible, experienced and customer-focused Store In-Charge who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of our optical retail store in Dwarka.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of optical products, spectacle lenses, frames, customer handling, sales and store operations and should be capable of taking responsibility for the complete store.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the optical store.
- Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, coatings and optical solutions.
- Manage spectacle and lens sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery and after-sales service.
- Maintain proper stock of frames, lenses, accessories and other optical products.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate for stock requirements.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, stock and customer orders.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and professionally maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with optometrists, laboratories, suppliers and other staff whenever required.




- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
- Take complete responsibility for store discipline, punctuality and daily operations.
- Work towards increasing repeat customers and overall store revenue.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in optical retail / eyewear store management preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, coatings and basic optical products.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales and convincing ability.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the store.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Should be target-oriented and comfortable working with sales incentives.

Compensation

₹22,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, optical knowledge, sales ability and overall suitability for the position.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete store, not just work as a salesperson. The candidate should be capable of managing customers, sales, stock, billing, staff coordination and daily store operations with minimum supervision.
