About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Operations & Pre-Sales) to join our growing solar energy team. In this dual role, you will bridge pre-sales client coordination with post-sales operational delivery, ensuring prospective clients receive technical proposals quickly and existing customers enjoy a seamless installation and after-sales support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support

Coordinate with the sales team to gather site details, energy usage patterns, and customer requirements.

Prepare solar project proposals, quotation documents, system design layouts, and technical specifications.

Maintain accurate records of incoming leads, proposal statuses, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Assist the sales team with preliminary feasibility reviews and solar subsidy application paperwork.





Operations & After-Sales Support

Track and manage solar projects from order confirmation through installation and commissioning.

Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, logistics partners, and local discom/grid authorities for net-metering approvals.

Maintain inventory logs, purchase orders, and project delivery schedules.

Act as the primary back-office point of contact for customer complaints, maintenance requests, and warranty support post-installation.

Follow up on pending customer payments, milestone billing, and solar plant commissioning certificates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 years of back-office operations, pre-sales support, or customer service experience.
