Position: Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Visakhapatnam, Dab Gardens

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Industry: Pharma Distribution / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end pharma warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
- Ensure OTIF dispatches, order accuracy, inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
- Lead and manage warehouse manpower, including supervisors, pickers, checkers, packers and support staff.
- Drive productivity, manpower optimization, attendance,



overtime and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GSP, FEFO/FIFO, temperature-controlled storage, expiry management and pharma quality requirements.
- Monitor stock reconciliation, cycle counts, physical verification and minimize inventory loss, damages and expiry.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Delivery/Transport and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, safety standards, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Analyse warehouse KPIs and prepare regular MIS/dashboard reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency, service levels and cost reduction

Ideal Candidate:

- Graduate/MBA with 810 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in pharma distribution/healthcare/FMCG/E-Commerce/Quick commerce.
- Robust experience in warehouse management, inventory control and team handling.
- Good knowledge of WMS/ERP, Excel and warehouse KPIs.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in managing a medium-to-large warehouse operation and 50+ workforce would be preferred.
