The company closes the gap between aspirational references and real homes by turning moodboards, renders, and inspiration images into concrete product plans that can be ordered, delivered, and placed. Through an online shop, space edits, styling support, and full-home concepts without civil work, Folk Objects serves homes, villas, hospitality, interiors, and everyday spaces.

Role Objective Own the end-to-end operational execution of every order and project at Folk Objects, from initial enquiry through production, dispatch, delivery, payment closure and post-delivery follow-up. The role requires exceptional project management, attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to coordinate suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, finance and customers simultaneously.

What You'll Own

- Order lifecycle: Track every order from enquiry → PO → PI → payment → production → dispatch → delivery → close-out.
- Project management: Maintain the master view of all live orders, timelines, owners, dependencies and next actions.
- Production: Track every supplier order, follow up on timelines,



coordinate approvals/QC and flag delays before they become problems.
- Logistics: Coordinate pickups, packing, shipping and delivery across B2B, D2C and internal/vendor movements.
- Finance coordination: Track customer and supplier payments, invoices and payment dependencies so finance never becomes an operational bottleneck.
- Inventory: Maintain accurate visibility of stock, incoming inventory, committed inventory and dispatched goods.
- Systems & processes: Build simple, reliable trackers and processes that give the team one source of truth and reduce things falling through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

- 3-6 years in operations, project management, supply chain, production or a similar role.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and relentless about follow-through.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking skills.
- Comfortable coordinating suppliers, logistics, finance, customers and internal teams simultaneously.
- A problem solver. When something goes wrong, you come with the problem, the options and your recommendation.
- Experience with physical products, manufacturing, sourcing, furniture, home décor, retail, B2B or D2C is a strong plus.
