Role Description The Operations Executive role at True Vacation is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating day-to-day travel operations, including managing bookings, itineraries, vendor relationships, and customer queries.

The Operations

Executive supports process efficiency by monitoring schedules, tracking service delivery, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The position also requires proactive communication,



attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on operational tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Operations and Operations Management skills for coordinating daily activities and optimizing processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in travel, hospitality, or a related service industry, with knowledge of booking and reservation systems.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing), strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
