Our India office supports sourcing, supplier coordination, and back-office operations for our global business. "Ayushman Pacific Traders" is a unit of Bay Providors Group, that look after Manufacturing of Pilot Ladders and Marine Products for Ships.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations & Sales Head to lead our Pilot Ladder manufacturing unit end-to-end — from production and quality control through to sales and trade with overseas customers, including ship owners, ship management companies, and marine equipment distributors. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the technical/manufacturing side of Equipments and the commercial side of trade. Training will be provided on Manufacturing and Target Customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Operations

- Oversee the complete manufacturing process for Pilot Ladders, ensuring compliance with SOLAS, ISO 799, and relevant class society requirements (DNV, LR, ABS, etc.)
- Manage production planning, quality control, and factory operations
- Liaise with class society surveyors to secure and maintain product/type approval and certification
- Ensure raw material sourcing, inventory, and supplier relationships support consistent production quality
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and documentation for audits/certification

Sales & Trade

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow overseas trade of Pilot Ladders to ship owners, technical managers, and marine equipment buyers internationally




- Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents
- Manage export documentation, pricing, and trade compliance for overseas shipments
- Represent our brand "BRAM OCEANIA" at industry trade shows, client meetings, and with class societies/surveyors
- Report on sales performance, production output, and business growth to senior management

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline is must.
- Prior work experience on ships is Bonus — sea-going experience (e.g. as a marine engineer, deck officer, or similar) is bonus to understand the practical, operational context of the equipment we manufacture
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both manufacturing/technical operations and sales/trade
- Understanding of marine safety equipment standards (SOLAS, ISO, class society requirements) preferred, otherwise training will be provided for same.
- Proven ability to manage both a production operation and a commercial sales function
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with international customers, surveyors, and class societies
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and factory oversight
