EXECUTIVE – HYBRID POSITION

Position: Executive – Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Hybrid – Work From Home + On-Site Visits

About the Role

TextOn IT Solutions is looking for a responsible and well-organized Executive to coordinate with management, clients, branches, and internal teams.

This is a Hybrid Position, where the candidate can work from home for regular coordination and follow-up activities, while on-site visits will be required whenever there are client meetings, branch visits, company meetings, or other assigned field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with the management and assigned teams.
- Handle daily follow-ups and coordination activities.
- Attend client meetings and company-related in office visits when required.
- Coordinate with different branches and team members.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and support their execution.
- Maintain daily updates, reports, and follow-ups.
- Handle basic documentation and administrative coordination.
- Complete tasks assigned by management within the required timelines.

Work Pattern

Work From Home:

Regular follow-ups, coordination, reporting, communication, documentation, and other computer-based activities.

On-Site:

Client meetings,



branch visits, management meetings, company events, inspections, and other official activities whenever required.

Important: This is not a permanent field job. On-site visits are required only based on business requirements and scheduled activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and internet browsing knowledge.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Office, and online communication tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple people and teams.
- Willingness to travel for official on-site assignments.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in Executive, Coordinator, PA, Field Executive, or Client Coordination roles will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
