Qualification: MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred

8-12 years experience in trading and merchant exports of ferro alloys both for domestic and international customers. Should have in-depth knowledge of marketing of ferro alloys to steel plants. Person should have experience in dealing with customers in Asia including China, Middle East, Europe and Africa. Knowledge of export formalities and banking norms for exports is a must.

- To identify various opportunities includingnew customer identification in domestic and international markets for ferro alloys.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of current business opportunities across targeted regions
- Monitor market trends, price movements, demand-supply situation of ferro alloys,
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and market penetration strategy.
- Develop Annual Marketing Plan including sales target and region-wise strategies
