14-20 years experience in trading and merchant exports of ferro alloys both for domestic and international customers. Should have in-depth knowledge of marketing of ferro alloys to the steel industry. Person should have experience in dealing with customers in Asia including China, Middle East, Europe and Africa. Knowledge of export formalities and banking norms for exports is a must. Solid negotiation and contract management skills.

- To identify various opportunities including new customer identification in domestic and international markets for ferro alloys.
- Build long term contracts with steel manufacturers, foundries and traders
- Monitor market trends, price movements, demand-supply situation of ferro alloys and align sales strategy accordingly
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and market penetration strategy.
- Develop Annual Marketing Plan including sales target and region-wise strategies
- Work closely with operations team to ensure quality consistency, and timely dispatch
- Develop marketing materials, digital presence and technical communication
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
