Key Responsibilities
- Teach Phonics and Numeracy to young learners through engaging online sessions.
- Conduct interactive, student-friendly lessons focused on strong foundational skills.
- Use an online whiteboard effectively to explain concepts, demonstrate examples, and conduct activities.
- Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning setting.
- Adapt teaching methods according to each student's learning level and requirements.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
- Track student progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Conduct classes professionally and maintain punctuality and consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of Phonics and Numeracy for young learners.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable teaching entirely in English.
- Good understanding of online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Must be confident using an online whiteboard during classes.
- Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop/desktop, webcam, and a suitable teaching environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be available and comfortable teaching between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM IST.
Compensation₹250 per hour The number of classes/hours may vary depending on student requirements and availability. Preferred Qualities
