Role & responsibilities

- Create recent distributors/franchise partners and retain existing ones.

- Generate new business opportunities and develop the assigned market.

- Float circulars, schemes, promotions, and provide timely updates/reminders.

- Monitor daily sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Resolve day-to-day queries and concerns of distributors.

- Take distributor feedback and maintain strong business relationships.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Logistics, Billing, PMT, and Accounts teams.

- Maintain and update pricing data, bonus structures, and scheme details.

- Conduct promotional activities to increase sales.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain records.

- Follow the process for new customer master creation and maintain required documentation.

- Monitor market activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
