UClean is India's largest organized laundry and dry-cleaning chain with a rapidly growing franchise network across the country. We are looking for an energetic and execution-oriented BTL Marketing qualified to drive local store growth, enhance brand visibility, and support franchise partners through effective ground-level marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns for franchise stores.
- Conduct BTL activities including society activations, roadshows, corporate tie-ups, canopy campaigns, and local events.
- Develop partnerships with residential societies, corporates, hostels, colleges, gyms, and commercial establishments.
- Support franchise partners in customer acquisition and local marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate store branding activities, signage installation, and promotional material deployment.
- Work with digital marketing teams to execute geo-targeted campaigns and drive local engagement.




- Organize customer engagement programs, referral campaigns, and festive promotions.
- Manage vendors, marketing budgets, and activation agencies.
- Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Conduct regular store visits and marketing audits across assigned regions.

Requirements

- Strong experience in BTL, Retail, Franchise, or Local Area Marketing.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in event execution and vendor management.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Preferred Retail, Franchise Businesses, QSR, FMCG, Food Delivery, Consumer Services, or Multi-location Brands.
