- Candidate should have proven knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance of all utility equipment's.

- Able to attend all Maintenace work taking care of all safety.

- Ability to work coherently on the assigned projects and meets timelines.

- Continually seek to improve knowledge on maintenance and seek to develop solid maintenance culture.

- Able to demonstrate personal commitment to the team and work tenaciously to deliver agreed goals well within committed timeline.

- Maintain daily utility consumption record and prepare monthly MIS report with observations.

- Should be self-disciplined and able to work on different projects in parallel.

- Maintain stock of all critical spares.

- Carry out preventive maintenance of all utility equipment's and record the data.

- Able to attend all the breakdown on top priority.

- Coordinate with external vender for calibration of instruments and generate records.

- Should have knowledge of all utility equipment's (Boiler, Air compressor, TFH, Pumps, Instruments)
