Role & Responsibilities

- Perform and interpret diagnostic nuclear medicine scans including PET-CT, SPECT, and planar imaging for oncology, cardiology, and neurology cases.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and manage patient radiation safety in compliance with AERB and NRC guidelines.
- Collaborate with oncologists, cardiologists, and radiologists to develop integrated diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plans.
- Supervise technologists and ensure accurate tracer preparation, imaging protocols,



and quality control of gamma cameras and PET scanners.
- Document and report findings in EMR systems with clinical correlation, ensuring timely communication to referring physicians.
- Participate in protocol development, clinical audits, and continuing education to maintain accreditation and diagnostic accuracy.
