Naukri eHire is like an extension to our Recruitment team and whenever there is a spurt in our requirements, instead of giving it to consultants at a high cost we use e-hire services to get shortlisted and validated CVs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
- Maintain robust coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
- Share daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.
- Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups till onboarding.
- Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1.5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills & client management skill.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
