About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Node Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech innovator and help shape the next generation of CRM and customer engagement technology for the banking and deposit industry.

In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using React and Node.js, while leveraging modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Build robust backend APIs and microservices with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Develop and maintain applications using Express.js.
- Integrate and optimize MongoDB for data-driven applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Manage version control workflows using Git.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, tools, and development processes.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements relevant to fintech and SaaS platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of skilled experience in web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
- Strong experience with Express.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Good experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience working with scalable web applications.
