Job Requirement: Coupa / NetSuite Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Coupa / NetSuite Specialist to join our team in a dual capacity providing ongoing application support while also contributing to strategic projects that enhance and evolve our procurement and finance technology landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise across both Coupa and NetSuite, a strong understanding of procurement processes, and the flexibility to seamlessly transition between day-to-day support responsibilities and project-based deliverables. This role is central to ensuring platform stability, user enablement, and continuous improvement in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing application support for Coupa and NetSuite, serving as a go-to resource for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day platform queries.
- Configure and maintain both platforms to support evolving business and procurement requirements, ensuring system health and operational continuity.
- Design and develop custom workflows, approval chains, and system configurations across Coupa and NetSuite to streamline procurement operations.
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning across both Coupa and NetSuite, including role assignments and access controls to maintain compliance and security standards.
- Contribute actively to projects involving system enhancements, new configurations, integrations, and process improvements applying technical skills to deliver project outcomes on time.
- Partner with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions, both in a support and project context.




- Support and contribute to AI-related initiatives within the Coupa and NetSuite ecosystem, leveraging emerging capabilities to drive process efficiency.

Coupa Required Skills & Experience
- Application Support & Configuration: Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring the Coupa platform, including workflows, procurement setup, and admin-level platform management.
- Procurement Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement processes, procure-to-pay cycles, and best practices across sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
- Customization & Workflow Development: Proven ability to design and develop customizations and workflow solutions within Coupa tailored to business requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving Coupa application issues independently and efficiently, minimising business disruption.
- User Management: Experience managing user provisioning and de-provisioning within Coupa, including role-based access configuration and governance.
- AI & Innovation: Exposure to or active participation in AI-related initiatives within the Coupa platform or broader procurement technology space is highly desirable.

NetSuite Required Skills & Experience The candidate is expected to bring strong NetSuite technical capabilities to support day-to-day operations as well as project-based integration and customization needs across both platforms.




- Application Depth & Support: Deep technical understanding of the NetSuite platform, including its architecture, modules, and core functionalities, with hands-on experience providing application support.
- CoupaNetSuite Integration: Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Coupa and NetSuite, ensuring reliable and accurate data flow across both systems.
- SuiteScript Development: Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and/or 2.x) to develop scripts that automate processes, extend platform capabilities, and meet custom business requirements.
- Workflow Design & Development: Solid experience designing and developing NetSuite workflows to automate approvals, notifications, and business process logic.
- Customization Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to build and manage NetSuite customizations including custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, and reports.
- User Management: Experience managing user provisioning and de-provisioning within NetSuite, including role assignments, permission sets, and access governance in alignment with security policies.
