Mother Teacher – Primary Grades

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Mother Teacher to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate should have a strong EVS (Environmental Studies) background and the ability to create an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for primary-grade students, with a strong focus on EVS.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through activities, discussions, experiments, and hands-on learning.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other teaching resources.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and active participation among students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, notebooks, and student progress.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team to support students’ overall development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and other academic activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education / relevant subject.




- Strong academic background in EVS / Environmental Studies is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Mother Teacher / Primary Teacher is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with young learners.
- Creative, patient, caring, and student-focused approach.
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with activity-based and experiential learning methods.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in a primary school teaching environment is preferred.
