Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily business data, reporting, dashboards, and MIS for our FMCG operations. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, validating, and presenting data related to sales, inventory, orders, production, e-commerce, and business operations to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect and consolidate data from Sales, E-Commerce, Warehouse, Production, Purchase, and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales and business performance reports.
- Prepare reports for Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, D2C, B2B, and other sales channels.
- Track SKU-wise, channel-wise, product-wise, and location-wise sales performance.
- Prepare and monitor inventory and stock reports, including opening stock, inward, outward, closing stock, and stock ageing.
- Track production and dispatch data and highlight gaps or delays.
- Prepare daily order, sales, returns, cancellation, and fulfilment reports.
- Monitor stock availability and stock-out situations and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse trends, variances, and performance against targets.
- Conduct data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies in sales, inventory, orders, or operational data and coordinate for correction.
- Maintain proper records and databases for regular reporting.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.




- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports as per the reporting calendar.

- E-Commerce Performance Report
- Target vs. Achievement Report
- Monthly Management Dashboard

- Accuracy of MIS reports
- Timely submission of reports
- Data reconciliation accuracy
- Automation of recurring reports
- Quality of management dashboards
- Identification of business trends and discrepancies
- Reduction in reporting errors
- Timely escalation of operational gaps

Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, business analytics, or operations MIS, preferably in FMCG, D2C, E-Commerce, Retail, or Manufacturing.

Required Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.
- Good knowledge of Power Query and Excel dashboard creation.
- Experience with ERP/MIS software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable data management and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
