1. Lead and execute end-to-end operations for Domestic & International Files
2. Understand contracting and operational procedures thoroughly.
3. Show enthusiasm for growth and leadership, guiding the entire operations team.
4. Supervise costing, ensuring financial effectiveness, and providing clients with value.
5. Maintain relationships with the Key Accounts and vendors.
6. Work closely with teams across different functions to ensure smooth event execution.
7. Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and enhance efficiency in work.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in core MICE Operations
