Role Overview

We are looking for a Female & Male Merchandiser to manage customer orders, sampling, production, delivery and payment coordination. The candidate will act as an important communication link between customers and the internal production team

Technical Knowledge

- Basic understanding of garment manufacturing
- Fabric types and GSM
- T-shirt and polo construction
- Printing methods
- Embroidery
- Sublimation / DTF / screen printing
- Cutting and stitching
- Size charts and measurement specifications
- Garment quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email and phone.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear production instructions.
- Follow up for artwork, size details, colour references, logos and approvals.
- Maintain skilled and timely communication with B2B customers.
- Maintain customer-wise order records.

Order Processing

- Prepare order sheets, specifications and production instructions.
- Verify quantities, sizes, colours, styles and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with the production team after order confirmation.
- Maintain proper documentation for every order.

Sampling & Product Development

- Coordinate samples with the sampling department.
- Follow up on artwork, printing, embroidery and garment construction requirements.
- Check samples before sending them to customers.




- Record customer feedback and coordinate modifications.
- Obtain final approval before bulk production.

Production Follow-up

- Coordinate with fabric, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery and finishing departments.
- Monitor order progress on a daily basis.
- Maintain production status reports.
- Identify delays and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Ensure committed delivery dates are followed.

Quality & Dispatch

- Coordinate with the QC team for final inspection.
- Verify quantity, size breakup, packing and labelling.
- Coordinate dispatch once the order is approved.
- Maintain dispatch records and update customers.

Sales & Customer Support

- Support the sales team with product details and costing.
- Follow up with customers for pending approvals and repeat orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Assist in generating repeat business from existing customers.

Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer orders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, printing and embroidery is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
