Industree Foundation is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bangalore .

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the merchandising function across multiple units and locations
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Coordinate the marketing and selling cycle
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Handle new product development, costing and pricing
- Manage customer communication, order follow-ups and timelines
- Ensure costing accuracy, profitability and timely delivery
- Support sales planning, forecasting and merchandising targets
- Develop and maintain merchandising processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in merchandising

• Experience in hardgoods merchandising and export management

• Experience working with international/global buyers





• Background in artisanal products and natural-fiber products

• Robust knowledge of product development, costing, and pricing

- Good understanding of global retail standards and buyer expectations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work with tight timelines and manage multiple priorities
