Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise and manage day-to-day MEP site execution activities.

- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV works as applicable to the project.

- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors and MEP site teams.

- Prepare and monitor MEP work schedules and daily/weekly progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and applicable codes/standards.

- Construction company / Real Estate / Building Construction experience is mandatory.

- Candidates must have hands-on experience in MEP execution at construction sites.

- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, institutional or large-scale building projects will be preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.

- Candidate should be willing to work at the project site in Greater Noida near Pari Chowk.

Educational Qualification

MEP Engineer/MEP Manager

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
