1. The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
2. Preparation of BOQ's, Quantification, Budget estimation, tendering procedures.
3. Co-ordination with Consultants for all design related issues and getting proper drawings as per site requirement.
4. Cable sizing, Transformer sizing, cable tray design, lighting & earthing design & execution etc.
5. Sanging and dissanging of electrical, plumbing and firefighting work.
6. Regular inspection of site work.
7. Amendment of quantity.
8. Cross checking of work done by contractor.
9. Coordination with civil construction team.
10. In planning scheduling of project each stage
11. Cross checking of work done by contractor.
12. Coordination with civil construction team
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Should be B.E - Electrical
2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
