Position: AR Caller

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of AR Voice Process

Qualification: Any Graduate Graduation is mandatory

Locations: Kondapur | Manikonda | Uppal- Hyderabad | Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Benefits:

> CTC:Up to 5.3 LPA

> Monthly Incentives up to 8,500 based on performance

> 5 Days Working

> PF & ESI Health Insurance

> Performance Bonus

> Two-Way Transportation subject to company boundary limits(15-25KM)

Key Responsibilities:

> Make outbound calls to US Insurance Companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding AR.

> Handle AR follow-up, claim status and denial management.





> Follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims

> Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records.

Required Skills & Experience:

> 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR Voice Process is mandatory.

> Hands-on experience in Denial Management.

> Experience in Physician Billing / Hospital Billing preferred.

> Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM.

> Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

> Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

Shift Timings: Candidates should be flexible to work in either of the following US shifts:

5:00 PM 2:00 AM/6:30 PM 3:30 AM
