- Supervise and oversee day-to-day Microbiology Laboratory Services.

- Review, interpret and validate microbiology, culture and sensitivity reports.

- Oversee Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) and antimicrobial resistance trends.

- Provide microbiology consultation and support to treating clinicians.

- Support Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) activities and hospital infection surveillance.

- Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) activities as required.

- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality control, biosafety and documentation requirements.

- Guide and supervise microbiology laboratory staff.

- Support laboratory quality improvement.

- Assist in investigation and control of microbiological outbreaks, when required.

- Maintain skilled coordination with clinicians, nursing staff and hospital departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
