About the Role
We are looking for MBBS Doctors to join our healthcare team for patient consultations for Pune, MH region.
The selected doctors will provide professional medical consultations, understand patient concerns, guide patients appropriately, and coordinate with the internal healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and understand medical concerns
- Take relevant medical history and assess patient requirements
- Provide appropriate medical guidance within the scope of practice
- Explain healthcare/treatment options clearly to patients
- Maintain accurate consultation and patient records
- Coordinate with the internal medical and healthcare team
- Ensure a professional,
empathetic, and patient-friendly consultation experience
• Follow applicable medical and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- MBBS qualification is mandatory
- Valid registration with the applicable State Medical Council / National Medical Register is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced doctors can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach
- Strong clinical understanding and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with virtual/online consultations and digital platforms
- Positive camera presence and communication skills for virtual consultations
- Open to being featured in Cosmas educational/content initiatives, including doctor-led videos, health awareness content, and social media content
- Willingness to represent Cosma professionally as a medical expert
