Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the medical, healthcare, hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, and corporate office sectors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, generating leads, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating proposals and quotations, and supporting the company in achieving business growth targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical and corporate office sectors.

- Develop contacts with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare organizations, corporate companies, architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Generate leads for civil construction, interior fit-out, renovation, MEP, HVAC, and related projects.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Present the company's services, capabilities, completed projects, and technical strengths.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the proposal, negotiation, execution, and handover stages.
- Ensure timely response to client queries and requirements.

3. Marketing & Business Strategy

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company's presence in the healthcare and corporate sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Support branding, digital marketing, presentations, brochures, and other promotional activities.

4. Proposal & Tender Coordination

* Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Understand client requirements, scope of work, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate during commercial discussions and negotiations.

5. Healthcare & Corporate Project Marketing

* Promote the company's services for:
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Clinics and OPDs
- Diagnostic centres and laboratories
- Corporate offices
- Commercial spaces
- Interior fit-out projects
- Civil renovation and construction works
- HVAC and MEP projects
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, PMC companies, facility managers, and decision-makers.

6. Sales Reporting & MIS

* Maintain a detailed database of leads, clients, consultants, and ongoing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track lead status, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and expected order value.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Present business development progress to management.

7. Target Achievement

* Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Ensure regular client meetings and lead generation activities.
- Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the company.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

* 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.

- Experience in medical, healthcare, hospital, corporate office, civil construction, interior fit-out, or commercial projects will be preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network of architects, consultants, corporate clients, healthcare organizations, or project decision-makers will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of civil, interior, construction, or MEP projects.
- Ability to understand BOQs, project requirements, and commercial proposals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a proactive and target-driven skilled with 3–5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the medical, healthcare, corporate office, civil construction, or interior fit-out industry. The candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to generate and convert business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and consultants.

Compensation

Salary and incentives will be based on experience, qualifications, performance, and business generated.
