We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative Services .

? Experience: 8+ years | 5+ years in team management
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery and ensure SLA adherence
- Lead integrated delivery across Marketing, Ecommerce & Creative teams
• Manage teams of 100–150 professionals and complex multi-track workflows
- Drive WBR/MBR governance, stakeholder communication and escalations
- Manage project planning, resources, budgets and delivery timelines
- Define and track KPIs covering volume, quality, timeliness and productivity
- Drive utilization, productivity and commercial governance
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Partner with transformation teams to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of service delivery experience
- 5+ years of people/team management experience
- Experience managing large teams (100–150)
- Content Management & backend website management
- Strong data analysis, dashboards and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder/client management and communication
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification – required
- Ability to work US shifts
Positive to Have
Experience with MarTech, HubSpot, digital marketing platforms, Agile project management, automation and process transformation .
